The Ancillary Fee is a mandatory charge for all full-time students. It supports a variety of academic and co-curricular resources that enhance the overall learning experience at Highland Academy of Canada.

Refund Policy: The Health Insurance Plan fee is fully refundable only if the student’s study permit application is officially refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). A copy of the IRCC refusal letter must be provided to process the refund request.

 

The Ancillary Fee covers:

• Field trips, specialized equipment, goods, or services provided exclusively for student use

• Non-credit remedial instruction and academic support activities

• Placement or coordination fees related to experiential learning opportunities
