Custodianship Fee

$150 per month

The Custodianship Fee applies to international students under the age of 18 who are required to have a legal custodian in Canada while studying at Highland Academy of Canada. The custodian provides ongoing support and supervision to ensure the student’s well-being, safety, and compliance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) regulations.

Payment Terms:

Students are required to make full payment for the actual duration of custodianship, up to the month they turn 18 years old. If the student will reach the age of 18 within 18 months, payment must cover the entire custodianship period in advance.

Refund Policy:

The custodianship fee is fully refundable only if the student’s study permit application is officially refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). A copy of the IRCC refusal letter must be provided to process the refund request.
