The Homestay Program provides international students with a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment while studying at Highland Academy of Canada. Each homestay family is carefully selected to ensure a welcoming atmosphere that promotes cultural exchange and personal growth.

Fee Amount: CAD $2,200 per month

Included Services:

• Private accommodation with a Canadian host family

• Three meals per day, seven days a week

• Weekday transportation service (pick-up and drop-off between homestay and school, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays)

• Free internet access at the homestay

 

Refund Policy:
The homestay fee is fully refundable only if the student’s study permit application is officially refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). A copy of the IRCC refusal letter must be submitted to process the refund request.

 

Terms and Conditions:

• Students are required to make payment for a minimum of eleven (11) months, even if the homestay services are not utilized during part of the contracted period.

• A student who is dissatisfied with their current homestay may request a change through the school. Upon approval, the student will be transferred to a new homestay on the first day of the following month.

• In urgent circumstances—such as conflict, harassment, or threats to personal safety—Highland Academy of Canada will arrange for immediate relocation to another homestay family.
