Refund Policy

1.    Ontario Secondary School Diploma Full-Year Fee (2 Semesters)

• Refundable only if the student’s study permit application is refused by IRCC before the start of classes.

• The applicant must provide the official refusal letter issued by IRCC within 30 days of notification.

• An administrative fee of CAD $500 will be deducted from the refund. ​

2.    OSSD Credit Course Fee (Domestic Student Only)

• Refund requests must be made before the first day of class.

• A $100 administrative fee will be deducted.

• A 50% refund will be granted if the student withdraws within the first week of the course.

• No refund will be issued once the course has commenced.

3.    OSSD One-on-One Tutoring Course Fee

• Refundable only if cancelled at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled session.

• A 20%administrative deduction applies.

• No refund after the first session has taken place.

4.    AP/University Preparation Course Fee

• A full refund will be provided if the course is cancelled by the school.

• If the student withdraws before the first class, a 50% refund will be granted.

• No refund will be issued after the course has started.

5.    ESL Course Fee (English as a Second Language)

• If the student withdraws before the start date, 50% of the fee will be refunded.

• No refund will be issued after the student begins the course or if the student withdraws voluntarily.

6.    IELTS Preparation (Private Tutoring)

• A full refund will be issued if the school cancels the course.

• If the student withdraws before the first session, a 75% refund will be issued.

• No refund will be given once tutoring has begun.

7.    Ancillary Fee

• Covers textbooks, technology, student activities, and other resources.

• Fully Refundable only if the student’s study permit application is refused by IRCC.

8.    Health Insurance Plan Fee

• Fully Refundable only if the study permit is refused by IRCC.

9.    Application Fee

• Non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers processing and administrative costs.

​

10.    Homestay Application Fee

• Non-refundable, as it covers administrative and placement coordination expenses.

​

11.    Homestay Fee

• Fully Refundable only if the study permit application is refused by IRCC.

12.    Custodianship Application Fee

• Non-refundable, as it covers documentation, notarization, and legal processing costs.

13.    Custodianship Fee

• Fully Refundable only if the study permit application is refused by IRCC.

• The student must provide the IRCC refusal letter.

• No refund will be issued after the custodianship service has commenced.
