Refund Schedule

This refund schedule outlines the percentage of tuition refundable when a student officially withdraws or has their study permit refused. All refund requests must comply with HAC’s Refund Policy and be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Important Notes

  • All refund requests must include student name, date of birth, and proof of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 8–10 weeks after approval.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payer using the same payment method.

  • Application Fee, Custodianship Application Fee, and Homestay Application Fee are strictly non-refundable.

  • Highland Academy of Canada reserves the right to make final determinations on refund eligibility.
