ACADEMICS
GRADES 9-12 PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Our high school is small by design with small class sizes that allow us to get to know our students first hand and provide an individualized program that responds to our students' interests, ambitions, strengths and goals.
Our academic environment is very rigorous and provides students some insight into what they need to gain acceptance into selective university programs and thrive beyond the classroom.
With a diverse range of extra-curricular activities offered on and off campus, our students will be engaged. We hope that our facilities will encourage students to get involved and become fully immersed in their school and community at large.
With each academic day, we are challenging our students to become the best that they can be and encouraging them to make a difference in this world and to lead by example.
CO-OP OPPORTUNITIES
Our on-site co-operative education program offers students an opportunity to earn high school credits through a course that integrates classroom theory with learning experiences in a workplace. Students apply and further develop skills related to a high school course and career area of choice.
Students learn about themselves, the expectations of the world of work and the realities of a profession while developing the work habits, attitudes and job skills necessary for a successful transition from secondary school to post-secondary education or the workplace.
By working in our numerous on-site start up companies, students will have the opportunity to experience hands-on learning, "test-drive" career options, apply theoretical knowledge learnt in the classroom to practical situations, develop the essential skills and habits required in the workplace and gain valuable work experience to help build a resumé for postsecondary programs and future employment.
